IM 13 5'6 and weigh 119 pounds im planing on losing 10 pounds this year, especially good exercises for abbs tighs and legs and Play football 4 times per week but its not their job is something I can do of course im not fat its range of own my property bone there is anything I can do?

if you drink lots of soda, cut that out. Also, eat two tablespoons of honey every day. will give you energy and keeps your metabolism steady and work. try to eat lots of fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. this will keep in good health. for your height, do not need to be any smaller or there will be unhealthy.
